Domaine Des Homs - L'Amandier 2023

L'Amandier takes its name from the almond trees planted at Domaine Des Homs and is a delightful organic red wine from the South of France. Made entirely from Cinsault grapes, it has a warm raspberry hue. It is aged in steel tanks for 7 months and meticulously temperature controlled. On the nose it is reminiscent of a hedgerow, full of wild berries. It is fruity with a light, warm character bursting with fresh berry flavours with a hint of pepper and supple tannins that don't overpower the wine but add some beautiful structure to the wine. 

It's perfect year round, delicious on its own and pairs nicely with pasta dishes, burgers and can even handle a bit of spice such as a tagine. 

Contains a small amount of sulphites added at bottling.
