La Microwinerie - Granite 2024

Granite is a beautiful dry white wine. On the nose it offers floral notes, peach and a hint of walnut. On the palate, it is a well-rounded, dry wine with floral and peach notes, with lightly buttery undertones and a mineral finish. Granite is made from 100% Chenin Blanc organic grapes which are hand picked. It then undergoes barrel-aging in old French oak for 8 months after fermentation with indigenous yeasts.

It pairs well with fish and shellfish dishes.

Contains a small amount of sulphites added at bottling.
