Domaine de Combet - Panache Blouge 2024

Panache Blouge is an exciting blend of organic Merlot and Mérille but also Sémillon grapes. A unique not-quite red wine, it undergoes vinification and aging in stainless steel vats. On the palate it is fresh, with an unexpectedly delicious mix of red fruit, honey and lemon peel.

An ideal fresh tipple, it can take a bit of cooling for a warm summer evening. It's perfect on its own, or it pairs well with charcuterie, grilled meat or with a hearty salad. 

Contains a small amount of sulphites added at bottling.
