Champagne Faucheron Gavroy - Pur Chardonnay Grand Cru

This Brut Blanc de Blancs Champagne has very fine bubbles and is a pale gold colour with green highlights. On the nose it offers a real zinginess with hints of aniseed, whilst on the palate it is lively and offers notes of lime and candied lemon. It is cellar-aged for 3 years and is 100% Chardonnay, with 40% of the blend being reserve wine. 

It is delightful as an aperitif, but complements beautifully with fish & shellfish (included fish & chips) or with white meats. Like all our Champagnes, it is a Grand Cru.

Contains sulphites.
