La Microwinerie - Euphoria 2025

Euphoria is a sparkling 100% Sauvignon Blanc Pet Nat (pétillant natural) with a lovely pale gold colour. On the nose it offers apple, peach and a hint of mango, whilst on the palate it gives a juicy freshness with just a hint of citrus. Maxime set out to make a revolutionary Bordeaux wine and we think he's succeeded. Made from organically farmed, hand-picked grapes which undergo fermentation with indigenous yeasts in an old barracks on the right banks of the Garonne. Euphoria is stainless steel aged, and is not filtered before bottling. 

It's very drinkable on its own but goes brilliantly with goats cheese and lemon meringue pie. 

Contains a small amount of sulphites added at bottling.
