Domaine Wilfried et Réjane - Les Paradis Perdus 2021

Les Paradis Perdus is a warm blend of organic Grenache (50%) and Carignan (50%) from Wilfried and Réjane. Coming from a small plot that was excluded from the Cairanne AOC, the winemakers decided to make full use of its potential to create this delicious wine. A short vinification and maceration period in concrete leads to a very fine, fresh and fruity wine. On the nose some wonderful bursts of berries and rose. On the palate, the ripe fruit develops further with very soft tannins rounding it out. 

It can be drunk on its own, but pairs well with spicy food or chicken wings.

Contains a small amount of sulphites added at bottling.
