Domaine Valentin Piquereaux - Bulle de Valentin Rosé NV

Bulle de Valentin Rosé is an organic, traditional method sparkling rosé, with a pale pink colour. Never shying away from unusual combinations, Perrine, Christophe and Philippe decided to make a sparkling Malbec. Made like a normal still rosé, the wine is then put through a second fermentation using the traditional method (like Champagne).

On the nose it offers delicate fruity and floral notes, whilst on the palate it has fine refreshing bubbles, combined with subtle fruit flavours. A nice, fresh finish ensures that it doesn't overwhelm the palate.

Drink it nice and cold on its own, or with a barbecue, or asparagus.

Contains sulphites.
