Domaine des Homs - Chardonnay 2024

The Chardonnay from the Domaine des Homs is an organic low-intervention white from the sun-drenched vineyards of the Languedoc. An unusual grape variety for the region, Jean-Marc decided that the terroir was adequate for the Chardonnay to grow. It is slowly fermented in an environment using only native yeasts. 1/3 of the wine is then aged in French oak for up to 6 months. 

On the nose, expect subtle aromas of white flowers and blossom, while the palate continues with the floral notes along with warming citrus notes. The aging allows the grape to express itself fully and gives a nicely lasting finish. 

Enjoy it on its own, or works beautifully with seafood. 

Contains a small amount of sulphites added at bottling.
