Domaine des Homs' Paul captures the essence of the Languedoc in every glass along with a clear mission of environmental care. This organic and biodynamic blend of Syrah (90%) and Grenache (10%) is crafted with precision fermenting for around 15 days, before being aged for 12 months in concrete to preserve the grapes' natural freshness before maturing gracefully in bottle.

Expect a rich, warming wine with rich red berries and spicy undertones on the nose that carry through to the palate, along with rounded tannins and a real richness that transport you straight to the sun-drenched vineyards of the South of France.
