Domaine Bader - Gewurztraminer Sec 2023

A twist on a classic, the Gewurztraminer Sec from Domaine Bader shows off the wonderful things a dry Gewurztraminer can be. Pierre picks the organic grapes at perfect maturation to avoid too much sugar concentration, on the nose the floral notes of rose remain, but also some spices and ginger. On the palate, it is dry, with light citrus fruit in addition to the rose, with a lengthy finish. 

It works brilliantly as a winter aperitif, but can also be enjoyed with patés, chicken or something slightly spicy like a couscous. 

Contains a small amount of sulphites added at bottling.
