Champagne Faucheron Gavroy - Pur Pinot Noir Grand Cru

This Extra Brut Blanc de Noirs Grand Cru Champagne is a deep golden colour with a gentle efferervescence. On the nose, it offers fresness, with notes of pear and woodiness. On the palate it gives hints of blackberry and the lengthy, smooth finish delivers candied orange.

It is cellar-aged for 3 years and is composed of 100% Pinot Noir, with 50% of the blend coming from the Grand Cru village of Verzy & the other 50% from the Grand Cru village of Verzenay. 70% of the blend is from reserve wines. It pairs wonderfully well with richer foods such as patés, terrines or even foie gras. 

Contains sulphites.
